## Job description

【劳务派遣岗】
- 负责问界汽车售前咨询在线渠道承接与解答，确保及时响应问题；
- 负责用户问题的首次解决与闭环跟进；
- 负责基础售后服务问题的承接与处理，并按照要求及时反馈；
- 负责用户咨询记录的规范录入，保障工单数据准确性与可追溯性；
- 负责参与业务培训与话术优化，持续提升专业能力与服务质量；
- 完成上级领导交办的其他工作事项。
- 大专及以上，1年以上客服、呼叫中心、汽车销售或售后服务经验优先；
- 对呼叫行业的服务类、业务流程知识有基本认知，熟悉汽车产品及售后服务有关知识优先；

### 沟通表达
- 普通话标准,口齿清晰，打字速度≥50字/分钟；
- 具备良好的灵活应变能力，倾听共情与沟通能力，话术转化与系统操作能力；
- 良好服务意识，亲和力强，理性沉稳，细致谨慎，敏感度高；
- 接受轮班、节假日排班及跨业务支援及热线/在线业务调配。
