## Job description
- 协助员工入职、转正、调动、离职等全生命周期流程的运营与优化；
- 维护员工体验相关文档与 SOP，参与流程梳理与优化建议
- 协助处理员工日常咨询，对接 HR、行政、IT 等相关部门
- 本科及以上在读，大三、大四或研究生均可，人力资源、工商管理类优先，专业不限；
- 可连续实习3个月及以上，每周在岗4天及以上，时间稳定者优先；
- 做事细致踏实、责任心强，具备良好的沟通表达与逻辑整理能力；
- 熟练使用Office办公软件，学习能力强，能适配基础工作节奏；
- 态度积极主动，执行力强，具备基础抗压能力，有人力、行政实习经验者优先。
