## Job description

Je coacht en ontwikkelt leidinggevenden en medewerkers en creëert een cultuur van eigenaarschap, samenwerking en klantgerichtheid. Je optimaliseert de volledige customer journey, van contractactivatie en dagelijkse ondersteuning tot klachtenbehandeling, klantenbehoud en afsluiting. Je bouwt de remote technische ondersteuning verder uit en zorgt voor duidelijke procedures, kennisdeling en escalaties. Je bewaakt bereikbaarheid, servicekwaliteit, productiviteit, personeelscapaciteit en kosten.

Je analyseert klantfeedback, klachten en vertrekredenen en vertaalt deze naar structurele verbeteracties. Je zet CRM, ticketing, automatisering, selfservice en AI doelgericht in om processen efficiënter te maken. Je werkt nauw samen met Operations, Sales, Technology, IT, Marketing, Finance en HR.

## Qualifications

Je hebt een masterdiploma en minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen customer service, customer operations of technische support. Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een groter team via leidinggevenden. Je bent sterk in coaching, change management, procesoptimalisatie en KPI-gestuurde dienstverlening. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een pragmatische en resultaatgerichte aanpak. Je hebt affiniteit met technologie, digitale tools en automatisering.

Je communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands en Frans en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels.
