## Job description

You will contribute to the development of advanced wireless communication solutions used in mission-critical environments, with a direct impact on our technological leadership at international level Aviation & Maritime – Securitas Technology Your Mission As an R&D Engineer, you contribute to the development of advanced wireless communication solutions in MF and HF that position Securitas Technology as a key player in the global mission-critical communication market.

Your responsibilities Product Development & Innovation
- Design and develop innovative communication solutions (hardware & software)
- Define specifications, build concepts and simulations
- Ensure compliance with international standards (ITU, IMO, NATO, ICAO, etc.) Prototyping & Testing
- Develop and validate prototypes
- Perform verification, measurements and qualification testing
- Define and execute test plans (functional, RF, compliance) Product Lifecycle & Documentation
- Create technical documentation (manuals, training materials, product files)
- Support product training and internal knowledge sharing
- Ensure long-term product support and lifecycle consistency

### Business Support
- Collaborate with Sales & Business Development to translate customer needs into technical solutions
- Support product demonstrations and technical proposals Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners (contract manufacturers, advisors, international organizations)

## Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecom, or similar)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D / engineering
- Strong knowledge of radio communication and RF technologies
- Experience in hardware/software integration is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset
- Innovative and solution-oriented
- Ability to work autonomously on complex topics
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Long-term vision combined with hands-on execution

### Languages
- English and Dutch or French
