## Job description

### Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe.

That includes:
- Conduct mobile patrols, site inspections, lock/unlock duties, and alarm responses.
- Deliver professional and customer-focused security services at all times.
- Work independently across multiple client sites using a company vehicle.
- Complete accurate incident reports and maintain detailed records.
- Follow assignment instructions, site procedures, and company policies.
- Respond effectively to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, key management, and security procedures.
- Remain flexible to support operational requirements across different locations and shifts.
- Uphold Securitas' core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.

## Qualifications

### What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow.

Ideally, you’ll have: Valid SIA Licence. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends. Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable work history. Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Mobile security experience preferred, but not essential. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Capable of managing a varied and demanding workload. Full UK Manual Driving Licence.

Comfortable working independently across multiple sites. Willing to drive a company vehicle, collected from the office, to carry out duties. Able to adapt to the varying requirements of different customers and locations. Reliable, flexible, and professional in approach. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
