## Job description

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe.

That includes:
- Deliver mobile security services, including patrols, alarm responses, lock/unlock duties, and property inspections.
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach at all times.
- Follow site instructions, company procedures, and escalation processes.
- Complete accurate reporting and documentation using company systems.
- Conduct vehicle, equipment, and key management checks.
- Drive safely and maintain the security of company vehicles and assets.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational requirements.
- Be flexible to support different sites and operational needs when required.

## Qualifications

### What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow.

Ideally, you’ll have:
- Valid SIA Licence
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Ability to work night shifts, with company vehicles collected from the office to complete mobile patrol duties
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to adapt to changing operational demands
- Safe and responsible driving skills
- Mobile security experience is preferred but not essential
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and overtime when required
- Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently in a dynamic security environment.
