We are a curious team fascinated by giving best-in-class lending advice to our internal stakeholders and large corporate customers. Almost one-fourth of all loans granted to corporates in the Baltics are analyzed by us, making us one of the most influential teams in the corporate lending market. Your responsibilities will include: Credit analysis of the largest corporate clients in Lithuania and the Baltic countries (including writing reports, financial modelling, and forecasts) Industry-specific analysis and presentation of your recommendations to many stakeholders Deal structuring/restructuring, debt sizing, and advisory services to corporate customers Asset and business valuation To thrive in this role, we believe you have: An eager-to-learn personality willing to proactively share your know-how with your colleagues and customers University degree in Economics or Finance - Strong knowledge of accounting (local GAAP, IFRS) and financial modelling At least - 5 years of experience in the field of credit analysis - Excellent communication and presentation skills in Lithuanian and English languages - Ability to work under time pressure in a fast-changing and dynamic environment High integrity and ethical standards We will consider as advantage: Knowledge and experience in the M&A and structured finance areas CFA accreditation Benefits we offer: A team of colleagues, who know nearly everything about corporate finance Modern and flexible environment Opportunity to build strong relationships with colleagues across the Baltic and Scandinavian region and to pursue a career at the local and international level Do you want to be a part of SEB?
