Cross collaboration and interaction with other teams with focus on accuracy and timely delivery are essence of our daily work. In addition to general tasks, we work on automating the boring stuff by creating robotics and scripting solutions. As a Bank Operations Specialist you will be responsible for: Enabling customers to access digital banking services via different digital channels Administrating authentication devices allowing clients to access corporate banking solutions Monitoring and following up incoming inquiries via internal communication channels Collaborating with colleagues across the globe to solve daily challenges and share success stories Participating in various process automation and development initiatives Contributing to our learning culture by sharing your knowledge and best practices with colleagues To thrive in this role, we believe you have: Skills to manage your time & prioritize Ability to work in a dynamic environment with numerous banking systems Accuracy and attentiveness to details Good English and computer skills What we offer: International opportunities and working environment Long-term stability Extensive training and learning opportunities A caring, supportive and respectful culture Do you want to be a part of SEB?
