There are more than 200 systems and applications where all bank products, business processes, channels, and data are created and maintained by the Product & Technology Development department. We are seeking an experienced and proactive ICT Risk Management professional to strengthen ICT risk management practices within SEB’s Non-Financial Risk (NFR) framework. You will join the Baltic ICT Risk Management team, reporting directly to the Head of ICT Risk. This is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibility, offering broad exposure across the Baltic organization, close collaboration with senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to influence and further develop ICT risk management practices across the region. Your responsibilities will include: - Develop and maintain software solutions based on agreed requirements and technical guidance - Support the integration and deployment of solutions within the existing technology environment - Investigate and resolve technical issues together with the team to maintain stable and reliable services - Contribute to code reviews, testing, and technical documentation - Collaborate with developers and other team members to continuously improve solutions and ways of working You will be the right fit if you have: Software development experience through work, studies, internships, or personal projects Understanding of programming fundamentals and clean code principles Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach to problem solving Interest in learning and working with our technology stack Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate in an international team A proactive and responsible approach, with motivation to learn and develop Good written and spoken English, which will be needed for collaboration with colleagues across the Baltics Our technology stack: Back-end: OpenEdge ABL, Web services (REST, SOAP), Java (Spring Boot, WebFlux) ### Front-end Angular, Javascript / Typescript Dev: Git (Bitbucket), Jenkins, OpenShift Other: Jira, Confluence, MS Teams What we offer: Meaningful and challenging work in a highly skilled international team A supportive and inclusive culture with modern, ergonomic workspaces A hybrid working model, with three days per week in the office Dedicated time for learning during work hours and access to global learning platforms Competitive benefits, including health insurance, additional vacation days, and third-pillar pension contributions A strong focus on wellbeing, supported by employee events, mental health resources, and other benefits Do you want to be a part of SEB?
