We are looking for a Head of Large Corporate Sales who will take full ownership of our sales agenda for Sweden’s large corporate segment. In this role, you will lead an experienced team, accelerate new business and develop long-term customer relationships, strengthening SEB Life & Pension’s position in a strategically important market. About the job As Head of Large Corporate Sales, you will lead and develop a team of approximately 15 employees responsible for both new sales and existing customers. You will own the sales plan for the large corporate segment and translate strategy and targets into clear priorities, individual objectives and concrete commercial activities. A key part of your assignment is to build a strong pipeline, drive structured prospecting and ensure progress in complex sales processes involving multiple decision-makers. You will actively participate in strategic customer dialogues, tenders and negotiations, while following up sales results, conversion, profitability and forecasts. You will also have overall responsibility for developing the existing customer portfolio, increasing retention and identifying new business opportunities. Success in the role requires close collaboration across SEB and with external partners in the pension market, enabling you to mobilise the bank’s collective capabilities and create greater value for customers. As a people leader, you set the direction, coach for performance and foster a culture characterised by customer focus, commercial thinking, collaboration and execution. You are also responsible for the unit’s budget, risk management and regulatory compliance. Who we are looking for We are looking for a commercially driven and engaging leader with a strong track record of delivering growth through others. You combine a strategic perspective with a hands-on approach and know how to create structure, prioritise the right opportunities and turn plans into measurable sales results. You communicate clearly, build trust and have the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
