This is also including providing technical guidance across functions in-depth knowledge for problem-solving and deliver engineering solution for new product market launch. About the role - you will: Be responsible to launch products per strategic Time-to-Market roadmap schedule and achieve the objectives of Operational Effectiveness of Yield, Test Time, Quality and Customer Satisfaction for long run sustainability Failure analysis to find root cause of design/manufacturing problem and initiate new technical engineering idea for solution and improve yield & quality Can support and provide technical solution based on engineering knowledge to serve challenging business task About you: Able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines and work effectively in a dynamic environment - Excellent teamwork, leadership, organization, people management and presentation skills - Ability to effectively plan, control and take responsibility for timeline and status update Fluent in English communication both spoken and written Energetic and passionate Your experience includes: Understand basic knowledge of Hard Disk - Drive fundamental Well engineering knowledge about Magnetic properties and Laser Technology Data Analytics to support Global trends Programming skill is preferable on Python, Matlab, and Visual C Failure Analysis Skills Location: Korat, Thailand Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
