About the role - you will: Design a good production layout by considering good process flow, minimize distance and maximize space capacity. Understand process flow and calculate HPU (Hour Per Unit) requirement by considering product mix, process requirement and roadmap. Analysis of impact, the concern of new equipment and technology per roadmap. Apply Lean concept and IE (Industrial Engineering) tools to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of Man, Material, Machine and Space utilization. Build up and design a system for automated data workflow to align with Factory 4.0 About you: Good interpersonal, teamwork, communication, presentation skills and leadership. Having a good attitude and taking ownership of job responsibility. Able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines and work effectively in a dynamic environment. Fluent in both spoken and written English communication. Your experience includes: Bachelor’s degree in the Engineering discipline and/or equivalent experience. Good knowledge in Hard Disk Drive manufacturing. Experience in data analytic platform and simulation software e.g. Flexsim and Arena or capable of querying and analyzing data in the database system. ### Location Korat, Thailand Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finish drives.
