## Job description

### About our group

Our organization, Slider Cleanroom Process Engineering, specializes in vacuum technologies including Thin Film Deposition, Ion Beam Etching, and Evaporator systems. We focus on process control, development, and optimization to meet product requirements in quality, delivery, and yield. Our work involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams such as Engineering (USA/Thailand), Manufacturing, Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, Planning, and other supporting departments.

About the role - you will: Monitor and evaluate process performance, troubleshoot issues, and report results to the manager. Develop, improve, and optimize processes to enhance quality and reduce costs. Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams on investigations, root‑cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions, including required documentation. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to contribute positively to team, department, and company objectives.

### About you

Able to communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks, managing conflicting deadlines, and working efficiently in a dynamic environment. Open‑minded with a positive attitude. Strong data analysis skills. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Good presentation skills.

Your experience includes: Studying Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

### Location

Korat, Thailand Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives. Employees enjoy ample on-site parking, free shuttle vans and buses within the city of Korat, as well as transportation to and from Bangkok and Khon Kaen province on weekends.
