We aim to provide excellent investment performance to clients through active management. We serve a diverse client base that includes pension schemes, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, high net worth individuals, family offices, as well as end clients through partnerships with distributors, financial advisers, and online platforms. Established in 1804, we have around 5,500 people across 36 global locations. Schroders' success can be attributed to its diversified business model, spanning different asset classes, client types and geographies. Who we’re looking for We are looking for graduates who are passionate about Wealth Management, resilient in a dynamic environment, and eager to build lasting relationships with clients from all walks of life. You will excel if you are analytical, proactive, and truly client-focused, with the curiosity to keep learning and the confidence to communicate with integrity and empathy. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, be interested in world events and markets, and have a strong desire to solve problems, innovate, and help clients reach their financial goals. ### Required skills and capabilities Numerical ability Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex data using critical thinking, identify errors and draw meaningful insights. ### General commercial awareness Broad awareness of world events, enabling you to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and articulate your reasoning. ### Growth mindset & curiosity Proactive, eager to learn and adapt, with a positive mindset and commitment to self-development and learning. ### Communication skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to adapt your style for different audiences and comfortable speaking to clients in person or over the phone. ### Innovation & problem-solving Analytical thinker who can understand client issues, adapt quickly, and use available tools and knowledge to develop practical and effective solutions. ### Collaboration & relationship building Empathetic and a strong listener, able to work well within teams, build rapport easily, and foster teamwork and trust.
