You will assist the local Human Resource Business Partner in the daily administration and advisory services in relation to general HR services to both Schroders Employees and Senior Managers. We serve a diverse client base that includes pension schemes, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, high net worth individuals, family offices, as well as end clients through partnerships with distributors, financial advisers, and online platforms. Established in 1804, we have around 5,500 people across 36 global locations. Schroders' success can be attributed to its diversified business model, spanning different asset classes, client types and geographies The team You will work closely with the HR BPs for Switzerland but will also be part of the broader HR team based in Europe. ### What you’ll do - Support the HR Business - Partners, in all the dimensions of a generalist human resources role such as administrative activities, meeting labour laws requirements, supporting in the hiring process, preparing meetings with CSE members, assisting on internal communication, etc. - Provide day-to-day support to the HR Business - Partner, including on various key projects for the Group Address HR queries and questions from local employees - Liaise with various stakeholders, from HR colleagues in other locations (London included) to external providers. The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need University Degree or Business School with a major in Human Resources Management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English - Proficiency in MS Office Affinity with HR Information Systems is a plus What you’ll be like - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Detailed, efficient and structured with administrative tasks - Demonstrates integrity, respect and professionalism and maintains confidentiality at all times We Recognise Potential, Whoever You Are Our purpose is to deliver excellent investment performance to clients through active management.
