CAPA folyamat vezetése (gyökérokelemzés, akció meghatározás, bevezetett akciók hatékonyságának verifikációja). ### Adatgyűjtés és havi megbeszélések KPI riportok (pl. scrap, FPY, Pareto). Napi scrap meeting, hibaelemzés és selejtcsökkentő akciók indítása/követése. ### Eltérési engedélyek kezelése kockázatértékelés, ideiglenes engedélyek, lejáratok követése. Növekvő kockázat esetén ideiglenes ellenőrzések megtervezése KATA QRCI facilitálás: gyors reagálású problémamegoldás és vizualizált akciókövetés Elvárások: Mérnöki végzettség és 2–5 év Quality Engineer tapasztalat gyártóiparban. FMEA/Control Plan/OWS gyakorlati karbantartása; CAPA és RCA (5Why, Ishikawa) jártasság. Adatelemzés és riportálás (Excel; előny ármely adatvizualizációs eszköz ismerete). Angol B2.
