You'll lead process optimization projects, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our warehouse operations deliver exceptional efficiency and service. What will you do? - Design and implement process improvements that increase warehouse productivity and reduce costs - Manage projects focused on optimizing warehouse layout, inventory accuracy, and operational workflows - Measure and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive data-informed decisions - Collaborate with operations teams to implement lean methodologies and best practices across the network What are the key skills we are looking for? Change Management — intermediate level; leading teams through process transitions and new system implementations Continuous Improvement — intermediate level; applying lean methodologies to eliminate waste and boost efficiency Project Management — intermediate level; planning and executing warehouse optimization initiatives on time and within scope Warehouse Design — intermediate level; configuring layouts that maximize space utilization and operational flow Warehouse Management — developing level; understanding systems and processes that control inventory and fulfillment Influencing Skills — developing level; gaining stakeholder buy-in for process changes across operational teams Logistics Operations — developing level; coordinating movement and storage of goods within the supply chain What qualifications will make you successful?
