Als Product Application Engineer - Drives bij Schneider Electric speel je een sleutelrol in het adviseren, ontwerpen en implementeren van innovatieve aandrijfoplossingen. Als verbindende schakel tussen klanten, sales en engineering draag je met jouw expertise direct bij aan het succes van industriële automatiseringsprojecten in heel Nederland. Bij Schneider Electric ondersteun je niet alleen oplossingen, je helpt ze realiseren. Wat ga je doen? Als Product Application Engineer ben jij dé technische expert op het gebied van aandrijftechniek en frequentieregelaars. Je vertaalt complexe klantbehoeften naar praktische, betrouwbare en toekomstbestendige oplossingen. ### Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere Klanten en salesteams adviseren over de meest geschikte aandrijfoplossingen voor hun toepassingen Technische eisen vertalen naar oplossingsontwerpen en stuklijsten (Bills of Material) Ondersteunen bij inbedrijfstellingen, testen en systeemintegraties Geven van technische trainingen en productpresentaties aan klanten en collega's Fungeren als hét technische aanspreekpunt voor vraagstukken en uitdagingen rondom aandrijftechnologie Sales ondersteunen met technische expertise en klantgerichte oplossingen Klanten door heel Nederland bezoeken voor technische ondersteuning en advies op locatie Bouwen, onderhouden en optimaliseren van test- en trainingsopstellingen Nieuwe productfunctionaliteiten valideren in samenwerking met Product Management en Research & Development Nauw samenwerken met specialisten op het gebied van PLC-systemen, motion control en robotica Complexe technische vraagstukken analyseren en oplossen Bijdragen aan kennisdeling binnen het Drives Team en de internationale Machine Solutions Community 👉 Deze functie combineert diepgaande technische expertise met klantcontact, waardoor je de directe impact van jouw werk ziet binnen uiteenlopende industriële automatiseringsprojecten. Je bent een vertrouwde technische adviseur voor klanten en interne stakeholders Je werkt aan uiteenlopende automatiseringsprojecten binnen diverse industrieën Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid bij het vormgeven van klantoplossingen Je werkt samen met technische experts in Nederland en daarbuiten Je blijft vooroplopen in ontwikkelingen op het gebied van aandrijftechnologie en industriële automatisering Je levert een directe bijdrage aan de prestaties, efficiëntie en innovatie van onze klanten Wie ben jij? ### Je beschikt over Sterk commercieel inzicht en ervaring in een klantgerichte of klantgerichte technische rol Uitstekende beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk Een hbo-diploma in Elektrotechniek, Energietechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische richting, of aantoonbaar hbo werk- en denkniveau verkregen door relevante werkervaring Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in een rol binnen technical consulting, application engineering, service engineering of systems engineering Ruime ervaring binnen industriële automatisering, aandrijftechniek of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om technische concepten duidelijk uit te leggen aan verschillende doelgroepen Een proactieve en klantgerichte instelling Het vermogen om technische uitdagingen zelfstandig te analyseren en effectieve oplossingen te ontwikkelen Bereidheid om binnen Nederland te reizen voor klantondersteuning (50-60%) ### Technische kennis Je hebt kennis van Industriële automatisering en frequentieregelaars Mechanische aandrijfsystemen en vermogensberekeningen Elektrotechnische basisprincipes zoals spanning, stroom, vermogen en koppel Het lezen en interpreteren van elektrische schema's Energieverdelingssystemen en elektrische beveiligingsconcepten PLC-systemen, motion control of machineautomatisering (pré) 🎁 Wat bieden wij?
