Join us as a Service Excellence Business Analytics Intern to make an impact! ### Location Kallang Ready to launch your career? Join the Service Excellence team, where we drive transformation and continuous improvement initiatives to help our organization meet evolving customer needs and achieve our growth ambitions. Gain exposure to a broad range of cross-functional topics across the Services organization. You will analyze business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive simplification and efficiency initiatives through automation, digital tools, and data-driven solutions. ### What will you do Analyze internal business performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Support to facilitate the preparation of sales cadence, business review, etc. Support salesforce dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support strategic decision-making. Conduct market research to benchmark industry practices, assess competitive positioning, and identify emerging trends. Support automation and digitalisation initiatives to simplify processes and enhance data accessibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Communicate analytical findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and impact. ### What qualifications will make you successful Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Strong digital and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage technology, data, and business tools to support decision-making and drive results. Demonstrated marketing knowledge and business acumen, coupled with strong communication and problem-solving abilities in a collaborative environment.
