This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence while shaping technical solutions from tender to delivery. What will you do? - Manage technical teams of design engineers and execution specialists, ensuring projects meet cost, time, and quality objectives - Oversee end-to-end technical solutions, from capturing customer needs to implementing optimized proposals and managing risk - Direct resource allocation and competency development to support business goals and project demands Champion collaboration and continuous improvement across engineering disciplines to enhance performance and customer satisfaction What are the key skills we are looking for?
