Your mission As a Business Analyst Intern, you will support the IT & Tools team in day‑to‑day operational and analytical activities. Working closely with experienced key users, you will: - Support Excel analyses and basic SAP data extractions - Provide first-line support for SAP / CPQ tools (access requests, basic questions) - Assist with reporting and operational analytics, identifying what makes sense from a business perspective - Create and update training materials, user guides, and FAQs for IT and Best‑of‑Breed tools - Test tools and support continuous improvement initiatives This is a hands-on, operational role with strong exposure to business tools and users. Your profile Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus Student in Business, IT, Data, or a related field Comfortable with Excel; basic knowledge of SAP is a plus Curious, proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to speak up Good communication skills and a team‑player mindset At Schneider Electric, you’ll join a collaborative, international team and gain practical experience in IT tools and business analytics.
