This role focuses on applying cloud best practices, strengthening reliability and security, and contributing to day-to-day cloud operations. ### Key Responsibilities - Support, operate, and improve existing cloud infrastructure using best practices - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code - Improve reliability, monitoring, and alerting across platforms - Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and implement fixes - Partner with security to ensure environments meet enterprise security standards - Support application teams with services- and API-based architectures - Document standards and best practices for cloud usage and infrastructure operations - Collaborate with engineers, architects, project teams, and support organizations ### Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with a cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Experience with cloud networking (virtual networks, firewalls, connectivity) Experience with version control systems Experience with CI/CD Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code Experience troubleshooting and debugging across systems Experience with services- or API-based development (not just client-side) Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment ### Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Azure Exposure to microservices architecture Knowledge of security fundamentals Experience with hybrid cloud or on-prem environments Experience with.NET / C# or YAML pipelines Experience working in Linux-based environments Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) Experience in the utilities and/or GIS domain Azure certifications preferred What is in it for you?
