Location Sieroniowice (gmina Ujazd, Wojwództwo Opolskie) ### Your Key Responsibilities Acting as a financial business partner to local management, the plant manager, and operational units at the site Supporting management in strategy development and translating it into medium-term plans, budgets, and operational measures Coordinating and driving the annual planning process, as well as monitoring compliance with group guidelines and adjusting for deviations Further developing and implementing planning and reporting systems, including cost, performance, and inventory controlling Preparing plant cost reports, analyzing variances, and developing proposals for corrective actions and optimization Supporting cost center, investment, and project planning, including reconciling targets and reviewing capital expenditure (CapEx) requests Contributing to product costing, determining overhead/cost rates, and coordinating annual costing runs Performing project tracking, Post-Completion Audits (PPAs), and financial impact simulations for the plant Providing financial support during the ramp-up phase of the Regional Distribution Center in Ujazd ### Your Qualifications Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, complemented by relevant additional qualifications - Demonstrated ability to work independently Very good command of the English language (spoken and written) Very good knowledge of MS Office, in particular advanced Excel skills - Solid working knowledge of SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, PP) and Business Warehouse (BW) - Strong analytical skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and high attention to detail Our Offer Be a part of a global company & team with a diverse variety of backgrounds, skills and views.
