As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities. ### Our Offering Competitive wages – starting rate $40.17; top rate: $45.70 per hour + shift premiums); Eligible for medical and dental benefits the 1st of the month following date of hire; Regular increases, dependent upon performance, until top rate is reached; Opportunities for advancement into varying positions with higher pay scales; Up to 6% in Pension Matching Contributions, effective 60 days from benefits activation; An annual Defined Profit-Sharing Plan (dependent upon company performance); Employee Discount programs are available for all employees; Clean, bright and climate-controlled production areas; This posting is for an existing vacancy; AI is not used to review our applicants. ### Your Key Responsibilities - Follow standard work instructions and work specifications - Collect, record, document and enter all data as required - Support work within established constraints for capital expenditure projects (scope, time, cost) - Support completion of TPM work orders for appropriate actions and timing Drive Technical Improvement activities as prioritized by production management and defined by Process Engineering (scrap, efficiency, utilization, quality, cost, cycle time) - Support small step improvements related to quality, cost, logistics and motivation - Participate in process troubleshooting - Reduce direct expenses by standardizing and optimizing tooling and machine components - Support the optimization of machine parameters as required Support Quality department efforts related to customer concerns - Support development of standard practices for similar processes Actively participate in capital expansion projects (launches) - Support efforts related to workshops (5S, Setup, TPM), CIP, product quality, scrap reduction and productivity - Support creation of process troubleshooting sheets for machining and assembly processes ### Your Qualifications Education Industrial Maintenance Mechanic trade certificate or apprentice in T&D at SCI Experience check fast track Holds a valid 433A Millwright License As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
