该岗位将聚焦市场动态分析、战略规划及业务开发，助力公司抓住氢能行业的成长机遇。候选人不局限于氢能行业背景，具有化工、能源、工程技术、工业装备或相关领域经验并熟悉大型项目客户及合作伙伴生态的专业人士同样欢迎申请。 Responsibilities 跟踪全球及中国氢能政策、技术趋势及竞争格局等，识别市场机会与风险 根据公司的资源和技术优势，制定氢能业务拓展策略 确定优先进入的市场并且明确客户群体 寻找潜在客户并建立合作关系，与上下游企业有较多的互动并促成项目落地 主导氢能项目的前期策划，包括经济性测算以及商业模式设计 协调内部外部资源，推动项目进入实施阶段 Qualifications 本科及以上学历，985/211院校或海外同等学历背景优先，专业不限； 8–10年以上市场拓展、项目开发或商务发展相关经验； 具备氢能、能源、化工、化工机械、工业装备、工程技术或其他相关行业经验者优先； 熟悉大型工程项目或综合性工业项目的开发流程、招投标要求及商务合作模式； 具有相关项目的实际参与或主导经验，能够推动项目从前期开发到落地实施； 在总包公司、设计院、工程公司、项目业主或相关产业链企业中具备较成熟的客户及合作伙伴网络； 具备较强的项目机会识别和业务拓展能力，能够推动公司进入大型项目的前期规划、方案交流或供应商合作环节； 具备较强的商务沟通、资源整合、组织协调及谈判能力，能够有效协调公司内外部资源； 具备较强的战略思维、商业判断力和项目推动能力； 能够适应快速变化的行业环境，具备良好的团队合作精神和跨部门协作能力。
