Coordinates and implements HR administrative processes and provides broad functional advice to assigned area of responsibility. Assist employees and managers with requests for information, Analyze and evaluate functional issues, select appropriate procedures and take decisions to solve them. Work closely with employees, providing functional advice on HR-related matters Act as key user for function related administration systems, and liaise with IT or functional Information Management, if required. ### Your Qualifications Required: At least one year of Human Resources experience, with a general understanding of HR functions and responsibilities - Ability to respond professionally to inquiries by phone, email, and in person - Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills - Proficiency with Microsoft applications and tools - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively - Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment visa or other sponsorship Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
