## Job description

### Your Key Responsibilities

Complete a structured vocational training in a specific administrative or technical subject as a school leaver (with or without graduation), with the objective of getting an acknowledged vocational certification. Engage in a structured vocational training program to acquire practical skills in a specific administrative or technical subject. Collaborate with experienced staff to gain hands-on experience and knowledge relevant to the chosen field.

Complete required coursework and on-the-job training to achieve an acknowledged vocational certification. Assist with daily operational tasks and contribute to team projects, utilizing theoretical knowledge in practical settings. Prepare for assessments to obtain an acknowledged vocational certification upon completion of the program.

### Your Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Successful completion of the Compass Placement Test (required for school admission) Ability to move or lift 35 pounds Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
