Apply essential engineering processes and provide input for strategic decision-making. Contribute to the development of engineering strategies within key organizational fields. Aid in aligning capacity demand with budget and investment projects. Support new product introduction processes, including developing routings, fixtures, visual aids, and work instructions. Develop standard operating procedures for manufacturing, assembly processes, and various business support functions. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Assist maintenance teams with equipment-related issues as necessary. ### Your Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field with at least - 5 years of experience, or a Master’s degree in an engineering-related field with at least - 2 years of experience - Strong professional experience in industrial engineering or a related engineering discipline - Solid technical understanding of production systems, productivity improvement, and engineering processes Good command of English Analytical, structured, and collaborative working style External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship Our Offering At Schaeffler, our success is driven by our employees.
