## Job description
- 根据岗位方向承担厂内装调、风场安装、产线建设、园区建设或通用装配工艺的策划与现场验证。
- 负责装配、装调或现场安装工艺方案、工位布置和作业标准制定。
- 参与产线、园区或项目现场的工艺验证、新品导入和人员培训。
- 分析装配调试过程的质量、节拍和安全问题并推动闭环。
- 推进工装、流程、产能和作业方法优化，提升交付效率与一致性。
- 负责发电机零部件制造工艺提升及新工艺技术研究

### 学历与专业
- 本科及以上（部分专业方向要求硕士及以上）；机械工程、电气工程、车辆工程、工业工程等相关专业优先。

### 技能要求
- 掌握装配与调试工艺、工位规划、工时分析和作业文件编制方法；同时需具备装配装调、现场安装、产线或园区建设工艺中的至少一个方向。

### 软性素质
- 逻辑清晰、严谨负责，具备持续学习、工程问题分析、跨专业沟通和团队协作能力。

### 其他补充
- 有相关科研、竞赛、实习或项目经历者优先；能够根据项目需要配合试制、测试、现场调试或短期出差。
