## Job description
- 调研客户场景、业务需求、行业标准和技术条件，完成可行性分析。
- 负责系统架构、容量配置、设备选型、经济测算及解决方案编制。
- 开展客户技术交流、方案评审和投标支持，协调内外部资源完善方案。
- 跟踪项目落地和现场反馈，推动方案迭代、技术沉淀和标准化。

### 学历与专业
- 硕士及以上；电气工程、能源动力、自动化、机械工程等相关专业优先。

### 技能要求
- 具备客户需求分析、系统方案设计、容量或性能测算及技术交流能力。

### 软性素质
- 逻辑清晰、严谨负责，具备持续学习、工程问题分析、跨专业沟通和团队协作能力。

### 其他补充
- 国际或驻外方向需具备岗位要求的英语/小语种沟通能力，并能接受必要的海外出差或驻外安排；有相关实习、项目或行业经历者优先。
