## Job description
- 负责需求、供应或库存计划制定、滚动更新和执行跟踪。
- 分析库存结构、齐套情况和供需差异，识别缺料及积压风险。
- 协调生产、采购、仓储和业务部门推动计划异常闭环。
- 维护计划与库存数据，推进周转、准确率和计划流程优化。

### 学历与专业
- 本科及以上；供应链管理、物流管理、工业工程、统计学等相关专业优先。

### 技能要求
- 掌握需求预测、计划编制、库存控制和数据分析方法，熟悉ERP/MRP者优先。

### 软性素质
- 责任心强，具备成本、交付和风险意识，以及商务沟通、谈判和跨部门协同能力。

### 其他补充
- 有相关实习、项目、学生工作或行业实践经历者优先，能够根据业务需要配合必要的出差或专项工作。
