## Job description

### 岗位概述

负责海外LNG/油气EPC项目全周期成本管理，包括投标报价、执行成本控制与变更索赔，确保项目利润目标，支持业务创值。

### 主要职责

成本估算与报价：主导LNG接收站、液化工厂等项目的投标报价、概预算编制及审核。

### 全过程成本控制

监控项目执行成本，分析偏差并提出措施。

### 变更与索赔

评估变更费用，主导索赔的成本计算与谈判。

### 市场与数据库

调研国际市场价格，维护造价数据库。

### 风险与协同

识别造价风险，协同商务、技术团队优化成本方案。

### 任职要求

经验：5年以上国际EPC造价经验，必须具备LNG/油气化工项目背景。

### 专业

精通国际工程造价标准，熟悉LNG工艺与设备市场。

### 能力

出色的数据分析和商务谈判能力，适应海外出差。

### 语言

英语工作级，可处理英文造价文件。

### 资质

持有注册造价工程师或国际同等资格者优先。
