## Job description
- 负责生产、装配或试验工装需求分析、方案设计和详细设计。
- 完成结构计算、选型、图纸、BOM及技术文件输出。
- 跟进工装制造、安装、调试、验收和使用问题处理。
- 推进工装标准化、自动化、安全性、可靠性和成本优化。

### 学历与专业
- 硕士及以上；机械设计制造及其自动化、车辆工程、机械电子工程等相关专业优先。

### 技能要求
- 掌握夹具、工装或专用设备设计方法，能够使用三维设计和工程制图工具。

### 软性素质
- 逻辑清晰、严谨负责，具备持续学习、工程问题分析、跨专业沟通和团队协作能力。

### 其他补充
- 有相关科研、竞赛、实习或项目经历者优先；能够根据项目需要配合试制、测试、现场调试或短期出差。
