## Job description
- 围绕海外国区经营目标，协助分解年度、季度和月度重点任务，建立计划、责任、节点和结果清晰的经营督办机制。
- 收集并分析市场销售、预算与实际、人效、费用及业务运营数据，结合行业政策和市场趋势形成经营分析与专题报告。
- 跟踪重要事项、专项项目和会议决议的执行进展，识别偏差、风险与资源瓶颈，及时预警并推动责任部门闭环解决。
- 开展国区组织及业务体系的运营评估和穿透分析，为管理层经营决策、资源配置和能力提升提供依据。
- 组织跨部门、跨区域沟通及专题会议，沉淀运营标准和优秀实践，推动海外区域运营效率持续提升。

### 学历与专业
- 本科及以上学历，工商管理、企业管理、经济学、统计学、行政管理、国际商务等相关专业优先。

### 技能要求
- 具备经营计划、数据分析、预算及费用分析、报告撰写、会议组织和项目跟踪能力；熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件，具备数据可视化或经营分析实习经历者优先。

### 软性素质
- 逻辑清晰，对数据和重点事项敏感，具备较强的沟通推动、组织协调、问题解决和抗压能力，能够适应跨文化团队协作。

### 其他补充
- 德国/欧洲方向要求英语达到商务沟通水平，掌握德语者优先；沙特方向要求英语达到商务沟通水平，掌握阿拉伯语者优先；俄罗斯方向要求俄语达到商务沟通水平并可作为主要工作语言，具备英语沟通能力者优先。能够接受相应区域驻外或海外出差。
