## Job description

### 一、岗位核心目标

主导海外油服项目拓展，依托行业资源获取订单，推动项目落地，提升公司海外油服市场份额与品牌竞争力。

### 项目获取与市场拓展
- 调研海外油服市场（聚焦压裂相关领域），制定营销策略，参与国际投标，推动海外油服项目签约；维护及拓展海外石油公司、油服企业等客户资源，挖掘合作机会。

### 资源整合与商务对接
- 整合内外部资源（技术、设备、供应链等），支撑项目需求；与海外客户、当地合作伙伴开展商务谈判，保障合作落地；协调解决项目推进中的商务问题。

### 项目协同与品牌维护
- 联动技术、项目团队，确保客户需求精准落地；收集海外市场反馈，优化营销方案；维护公司海外品牌形象，提升客户满意度。

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历；

### 背景与经验
- 压裂作业领域出身，8 年以上石油行业经验，其中 5 年 + 海外油服营销 / 项目拓展经验；有成功获取海外油服项目订单（含压裂相关项目）案例，具备优质海外客户 / 渠道资源；

### 能力与技能
- 精通海外油服市场规则，具备敏锐的市场洞察力；优秀商务谈判、资源整合能力；英语听说读写流利，能独立开展海外商务沟通；熟练使用办公及营销分析工具’

### 其他
- 能适应长期海外出差，抗压能力强，无不良从业记录。
