## Job description
- 负责气动系统需求分析、回路方案、参数匹配和元件选型。
- 输出气动原理图、技术规范、计算分析及接口文件。
- 参与系统装配、调试、性能测试和故障诊断，推动问题闭环。
- 推进气动系统效率、可靠性、安全性和成本优化。

### 学历与专业
- 硕士及以上；机械工程、流体机械、热能与动力工程等相关专业优先。

### 技能要求
- 掌握气动系统原理、回路设计、元件选型和测试分析方法。

### 软性素质
- 逻辑清晰、严谨负责，具备持续学习、工程问题分析、跨专业沟通和团队协作能力。

### 其他补充
- 有相关科研、竞赛、实习或项目经历者优先；能够根据项目需要配合试制、测试、现场调试或短期出差。
