## Job description

### 校园推广
- 在大学校园内宣传三一重能 26 届提前批及后续秋招、春招招聘信息，通过朋友圈、社群等渠道扩散校企活动、招聘职位等资讯。

### 活动协助
- 协助组织校园宣讲会、双选会等活动，负责现场引导、物料分发等工作。

### 信息收集
- 收集同学们对三一招聘的疑问与建议，及时反馈给企业 HR 团队。

### 社群运营
- 建立并维护校园招聘微信交流群，拉新促活，解答基础问题，营造活跃的互动氛围，完成招聘目标转化。
- 在读本科生或研究生，专业不限，有学生工作经验者优先。
- 沟通能力强，善于主动与人交流，具备良好的团队协作精神。
- 有一定的校园人脉资源，熟悉校园宣传渠道。
