## Job description
- 根据岗位方向承担发动机或新能源动力系统匹配、整车动力性与经济性分析，以及底盘动力匹配工作。
- 负责动力系统需求分析、架构方案、部件选型及整车参数匹配。
- 开展动力性、经济性、排放或底盘匹配分析，输出设计与标定方案。
- 参与台架和整车试验、数据分析及故障诊断，推动问题闭环。
- 协同相关专业推进动力系统性能、可靠性、能耗和成本优化。

### 学历与专业
- 硕士及以上；能源与动力工程、车辆工程、机械工程等相关专业优先。

### 技能要求
- 掌握动力系统原理、整车匹配和性能分析方法，能够使用仿真、标定及测试工具；同时需具备动力总成匹配、整车性能分析或底盘匹配与标定方法。

### 软性素质
- 逻辑清晰、严谨负责，具备持续学习、工程问题分析、跨专业沟通和团队协作能力。

### 其他补充
- 有相关科研、竞赛、实习或项目经历者优先；能够根据项目需要配合试制、测试、现场调试或短期出差。
