## Job description
- 负责国内销售计划、订单、发货、回款和渠道业务的运营管理。
- 监控销售进度、成交条件、库存及经营风险，形成分析与预警。
- 指导区域、分公司或代理商规范开展营销业务，推动问题处理。
- 完善营销制度、流程、数据和合规机制，支持国内营销目标达成。

### 学历与专业
- 本科及以上；市场营销、工商管理、统计学及理工类相关专业优先。

### 技能要求
- 掌握国内销售运营、订单管理、渠道管理和经营分析，具备数据分析及跨部门协同能力。

### 软性素质
- 客户意识和目标意识强，具备沟通表达、关系维护、团队协作、自我驱动和抗压能力。

### 其他补充
- 能够接受业务需要的国内出差或驻地安排；有销售、服务、竞赛或学生组织实践经历者优先。
