## Job description
- 负责起草、审核与管理EPC总承包合同、分包合同、采购合同及其他涉外协议。
- 负责所有国际商务往来的函件（如业主信函、澄清函、索赔函等）的起草、审核、归档与追踪。
- 参与合同谈判，记录谈判纪要，并从合同风险管控角度提供专业意见。
- 跟踪合同履行情况，识别合同执行过程中的风险点，并协同相关部门制定应对方案。
- 建立和维护合同及国际函件的管理台账与档案系统。

### 学历与专业
- 本科及以上学历，法学（尤其国际经济法方向）、工程管理、商务英语专业优先。

### 工作经验
- 3年以上国际工程合同管理或涉外法务工作经验，具有EPC项目合同、函件起草与管理实战经验。

### 能力要求
- 熟悉国际工程合同范本（如FIDIC），具备扎实的合同法律知识基础和较强的风险识别能力；具备优秀的中英文书面表达能力，能严谨、准确地起草和审核合同与函件；逻辑清晰，思维缜密。

### 语言与技能
- 英语六级或同等以上水平，可作为工作语言，能熟练起草和审阅英文合同；熟练使用Office办公软件。
