## Job description
- 根据海外子公司经营计划，编制并落实年度及阶段性行政工作计划，保障接待、餐饮、车队、安保、物业及办公后勤等业务有序运行。
- 协助建立国区行政管理制度、服务标准和考核机制，对行政业务开展检查、评估、数据分析与持续改进。
- 组织或支持重要会议、商务接待和员工活动，做好资源协调、会议材料、纪要及事项跟踪。
- 负责或协助办公资产、行政供应商、费用预算和档案资料管理，持续提升行政服务质量与成本效率。
- 识别海外园区日常运营和行政保障风险，协调属地团队及相关部门推动问题闭环，保障业务连续性。

### 学历与专业
- 本科及以上学历，行政管理、工商管理、公共事业管理、酒店管理、语言及服务管理等相关专业优先。

### 技能要求
- 具备行政计划统筹、供应商与费用管理、会议活动组织、数据分析和公文写作能力，熟练使用Office等办公软件；有行政、后勤或大型活动组织实习经历者优先。

### 软性素质
- 服务意识和责任心强，做事细致可靠，具备良好的沟通协调、跨文化协作、应急处理和抗压能力。

### 其他补充
- 英语须达到商务沟通水平；安哥拉方向需具备葡萄牙语沟通能力，其他非洲区域掌握法语或葡萄牙语者优先。能够接受南非、坦桑尼亚、尼日利亚、安哥拉等非洲区域驻外及必要出差。
