## Job description
- 统筹海外新能源项目全流程交付，从签约到验收确保项目高效推进；
- 跨部门协调研究院、商务、物流、工程、安质环等团队，打通协作壁垒；
- 动态管控项目进度，识别并解决延误风险，推动问题闭环交付；
- 协助监控项目成本与质量，确保预算合规、交付达标；
- 对接海外客户，同步进展、响应诉求，提升客户满意度；
- 归档项目全周期资料，识别并防控物流、施工、合规等关键风险。

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历，项目管理、新能源科学与工程、电力系统及其自动化、市场营销、国际贸易、商务英语、国际商务等相关专业优先；

### 语言能力
- 英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言，具备小语种（西班牙语、法语、阿拉伯语等）能力者优先，能适应海外长期出差或常驻；

### 专业能力
- 了解微电网、光伏、储能、电力工程等相关基础知识者优先；具备市场调研、商务沟通、方案撰写基础能力，有海外实习、项目实践、校园商务类经历者优先；

### 综合素质
- 具备较强的学习能力、抗压能力、沟通协调能力及团队协作精神，能快速适应海外工作环境与跨文化沟通场景。
