## Job description
- 研究大语言模型等AI前沿技术，跟踪最新技术发展动态并探索其在业务场景中的创新应用，撰写技术调研报告为团队决策提供支持。
- 深入理解业务数字化转型需求，协助设计AI技术应用方案，建立效果评估体系并量化业务价值，根据反馈持续优化模型性能。
- 参与内部AI工具和平台开发，识别并优化现有工作流程痛点，实现重复性任务自动化，建立系统性能监控机制提升运营效率。
- 参与内部大数据平台开发与运维，利用AI技术提高平台组件运维能力。
- 硕士及以上学历在读，计算机科学、人工智能、大数据、机器学习、应用数学、统计学、数据科学等相关专业。每周出勤4天以上，可连续实习3个月及以上。
- 熟悉Java/Python/shell任意一门编程语言，熟练使用SQL，有大语言模型相关经验者优先。
- 对AI技术充满热情，主动学习前沿技术并尝试落地应用。沟通能力强，具备跨团队协作意识和严谨的逻辑思维能力。
- 有大数据开发、运维经验者，或对大数据兴趣浓厚者优先。
