## Job description
- 根据岗位方向参与研发流程与指标管理、研发计划和资源协调，或通过研发管培轮岗承担项目与体系管理工作。
- 协助制定研发计划、资源安排、阶段目标和交付物要求。
- 跟踪研发进度、质量、成本和风险，组织评审并推动问题闭环。
- 维护研发流程、指标、项目资料和知识资产，支持管理决策。
- 参与研发体系优化、技术规划和跨部门协同，推动研发效率提升。

### 学历与专业
- 硕士及以上；机械、车辆、电气、工程管理、工业工程等相关专业优先。

### 技能要求
- 具备研发流程、计划管理、数据分析和跨专业协同能力，熟悉项目管理工具；同时需具备研发流程、计划、资源、指标及项目管理方法。

### 软性素质
- 逻辑清晰、严谨负责，具备持续学习、工程问题分析、跨专业沟通和团队协作能力。

### 其他补充
- 有相关科研、竞赛、实习或项目经历者优先；能够根据项目需要配合试制、测试、现场调试或短期出差。
