## Job description
- 根据岗位方向开展工业工程、精益生产、产能与工时分析，或厂内物流路径、配送和设施布局优化。
- 负责生产或物流流程、设施布局、作业方法和资源配置分析与规划。
- 开展工时、产能、物流路径、库存和效率数据分析，识别改善机会。
- 参与新产线、新产品及物流方案导入，验证节拍、人员和配送方案。
- 运用精益及数字化工具推动效率、成本、交付和现场管理持续改善。

### 学历与专业
- 本科及以上；工业工程、物流工程、机械工程、供应链管理等相关专业优先。

### 技能要求
- 掌握IE、精益生产、设施规划、物流路径及效率分析方法，熟悉数据分析工具；同时需具备IE与精益改善方法，或物流路径、配送及设施规划分析方法。

### 软性素质
- 逻辑清晰、严谨负责，具备持续学习、工程问题分析、跨专业沟通和团队协作能力。

### 其他补充
- 有相关科研、竞赛、实习或项目经历者优先；能够根据项目需要配合试制、测试、现场调试或短期出差。
