## Job description
- 根据具体方向参与自动驾驶或智能装备的预测、决策、路径规划、轨迹规划和运动控制算法研发。
- 建立车辆、执行器或作业机构动力学模型，开展状态估计、参数辨识、控制器设计和稳定性分析。
- 研发端到端模型、世界表征、行为预测、实时避障及横纵向控制等功能，并完成算法原型和接口定义。
- 通过仿真、数据回放、台架及实车实机测试开展标定验证，优化控制精度、响应速度、舒适性和安全性。
- 协同感知定位、线控底盘、嵌入式软件和测试团队推进系统集成、问题闭环及量产或项目交付。

### 学历与专业
- 本科及以上（部分专业方向要求硕士及以上）；计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人、车辆工程、控制科学与工程等相关专业优先。

### 技能要求
- 掌握C++、Python或MATLAB/Simulink，熟悉预测决策、路径与轨迹规划、车辆或装备动力学、PID、MPC、LQR等算法方法。

### 软性素质
- 逻辑思维清晰、学习能力强，具备技术钻研、问题定位、沟通协作和结果意识。

### 其他补充
- 有相关科研、竞赛、实习或项目经历者优先；能够根据项目需要配合试制、测试、现场调试或短期出差。
