1、分析业务场景和用户需求，设计大模型、智能体或AI应用解决方案。 2、完成数据准备、提示词、知识库、工作流和应用功能开发。 3、开展效果评测、安全测试、部署集成和运行优化，推动业务落地。 4、跟踪AI技术发展，沉淀组件、应用规范和最佳实践。 1、学历与专业：本科及以上（部分专业方向要求硕士及以上）；计算机、人工智能、软件工程、数据科学等相关专业优先。 2、技能要求：掌握Python、提示工程、知识库、智能体或大模型应用框架，具备应用开发与评测能力。 3、软性素质：逻辑思维清晰、学习能力强，具备技术钻研、问题定位、沟通协作和结果意识。 4、其他补充：有相关科研、竞赛、实习或项目经历者优先；能够根据项目需要配合试制、测试、现场调试或短期出差。
