## Job description
- 负责会议、活动、公文、档案、资产或后勤等行政事务。
- 统筹内外部资源，保障办公运营和重点活动顺利实施。
- 维护行政制度、台账和服务标准，跟踪事项执行与反馈。
- 识别服务和运营问题，推动行政流程优化与成本效率改善。

### 学历与专业
- 本科及以上；行政管理、工商管理、汉语言文学、公共管理等相关专业优先。

### 技能要求
- 具备公文写作、会议活动、档案和后勤事务组织能力，熟练使用办公软件。

### 软性素质
- 文字与沟通表达良好，工作细致主动，具备组织协调、服务意识和保密合规意识。

### 其他补充
- 有相关实习、项目、学生工作或行业实践经历者优先，能够根据业务需要配合必要的出差或专项工作。
