## Job description
- 根据岗位方向承担液压系统总体、液压回路，或泵、阀、缸等液压元件的设计选型与性能验证。
- 负责液压系统或液压元件的需求分析、回路设计、参数匹配与元件选型。
- 完成液压原理图、技术规范、计算分析及相关设计文件输出。
- 参与系统联调、性能测试和故障诊断，推动泄漏、温升、冲击等问题闭环。
- 跟踪行业技术及供应商方案，推进系统效率、可靠性和成本优化。

### 学历与专业
- 硕士及以上；机械工程、流体传动与控制、液压、车辆工程等相关专业优先。

### 技能要求
- 掌握液压传动、元件选型和系统回路设计，能够使用液压仿真、测试及数据分析工具；同时需具备液压系统回路设计、元件选型及液压元件性能分析方法。

### 软性素质
- 逻辑清晰、严谨负责，具备持续学习、工程问题分析、跨专业沟通和团队协作能力。

### 其他补充
- 有相关科研、竞赛、实习或项目经历者优先；能够根据项目需要配合试制、测试、现场调试或短期出差。
