## Job description
- 负责国内服务政策、网点能力、费用和绩效的运营管理。
- 开展配件需求、计划、销售或交付管理，保障服务资源及时供应。
- 监控客户满意度、服务质量和运营指标，推动异常及投诉闭环。
- 指导分公司和代理商提升维修及配件运营能力。

### 学历与专业
- 本科及以上；机械、车辆工程、供应链管理、市场营销等相关专业优先。

### 技能要求
- 了解国内售后服务、配件计划、网点运营和客户满意度管理，具备数据分析与协调能力。

### 软性素质
- 客户意识和目标意识强，具备沟通表达、关系维护、团队协作、自我驱动和抗压能力。

### 其他补充
- 能够接受业务需要的国内出差或驻地安排；有销售、服务、竞赛或学生组织实践经历者优先。
